Responsibility

  • In charge of Product Marketing Team to propose strategic marketing plans to upkeep company leadership position and image
  • To spearhead and execute 360 degree thematic and activation campaign to drive sales and traffic
  • Lead and develop innovative marketing planning with cross media including traditional, digital and social media
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to tap business opportunities and define upcoming marketing activities
  • Plan and control marketing budget to achieve optimal results for Company
  • Manage and liaise with vendors, agencies of advertising, PR, digital and events
  • Explore joint-promotion opportunities through brands collaboration & partnership
  • Ensure data, learning and ROI analysis from marketing campaigns are reported on regular basis
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing / Public Relations / Communications / Journalism or related disciplines
  • At least 12 years’ solid all-rounded experience in brand & product marketing, advertising, digital, event management, joint-promotion
  • Working experience in luxury retail business and Advertising agency is a plus
  • Hands-on experience in managing 4As advertising agencies & digital agencies
  • Demonstrate creative concept and strong marketing sense with strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies and best practice
  • Sales-driven with business acumen
  • Proactive, multi-tasking, fast-paced with strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Outgoing, strong sense of responsibility, well-organized and a good team player
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
