Responsibilities:
Envision, identify and lead marketing initiatives in HK retails unit to ensure efficient marketing actions are taken in full force without compromising quality to consumers. Additionally drive and/or support organization wider initiatives that may overlap with own functions.
Drive collaboration and marketing campaign and programs between key markets/designers co-branding capabilities where appropriate on continuous basis
Develop, track and improve key performance metrics, establish & achieve targets
Ensure high customer satisfaction levels – for both internal facing business units and
external customers.
Requirements
Degree holder in Marketing, Communication or related disciplines
10 years all-round experience in retail marketing with 3 years working at senior level managing diverse marketing activities in a sizeable organization, luxury industry is a
plus
Strong in digital marketing, D-CRM & e-commerce experience will be highly preferred
Creative, result oriented and able to drive the team achieving company KPI
Excellence interpersonal and negotiation skill
Fluency in written and spoken English & Chinese
