Job Duties

• Responsible for managing various types of new, asset enhancement, A&A and fit-out projects for the group in Hong Kong, China and overseas;
• Monitor project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality & safety standards;
• Manage performance of all contractors, consultants and external vendors;
• Assist in conducting feasibility studies, technical due diligence studies;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or Surveying;
• At least 8 years’ relevant working experience;
• Exposure in HK, China and overseas for HK developers is preferred;
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Good project management, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Occasional travels to China and overseas are needed.
